After spending a week at Holiday Inn Express, this was a beauty. Beautiful landscape, gorgeous indoor pool and outdoor Jacuzzi and the breakfast was phenomenal, it felt like home, cozy, comfortable, spacious room and delicious breakfast. The service was great and I really appreciate the kindness of the staff during check in time due to technical difficulties. I will make the Hyatt my go to place. Loved the stay and everything about it!

This hotel was so close to the airport. It was amazing to drive 3 min. after a late night flight. The rooms were a bit dated, but very nice and clean! The breakfast was the best out of the 5 hotels we stayed in on our trip! I loved the fresh berries!

Not dog friendly Manager is doesn't Tell the truth. Had the police called for Dog barking no refund. Don't stay here!!!! The HVAC doesn't work it stays on all night The hotel smells bad and the rooms are dirty. The customer service is really bad The front desk person was so rude As if she had a problem with minorities Even though she was also a minority. If you want to enjoy a nice weekend in Reno Don't stay here.

Flight was delayed due to inclement weather and had to stay the night at Reno. Hotel is very close to the airport and the shuttle bus to and from the airport is very convenient. Management and staff were awesome, professional, and very helpful! Checkout is at 1200 but with notice they may extend to 1300. Complementary breakfast is from 0600-1000 and was good. Flight was hours after checkout and they were able to tag and hold onto our bags in a secured room while we explored Reno. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay the night.

The front desk staff is amazing every trip to me and my crew when we get there. Super friendly. There is laundry at this hotel which is super useful for us. Thanks keep up the good work

Friendly staff. Great to have breakfast in the hotel. The room was a bit dirty and smelled though, the odor is coming from near the fridge, perhaps the condensed water isn't being wiped properly? Bath room had hair from previous stay, which was also a bit unpleasant.
